What is SpeedSprout?

SpeedSprout is a quick and easy seed germination aid.

Can I use SpeedSprout with all seeds?

Yes! You can use SpeedSprout with nearly all seeds. However, if the normal germination time for a particular seed is longer than 2 weeks, we recommend using MegaGro instead.'

Does SpeedSprout help prevent damping off disease?

Yes, SpeedSprout contains anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and anti-viral agents that help young seedlings thrive.

Is SpeedSprout safe?

Yes, SpeedSprout is 100% safe for people, pets and the planet.

When will I see results?

Depending on the seed type, you may see germination being in as little as 1-2 days. Read the seed packet label to find the expected time.

I have a lot of seeds I want to germinate?

If you want to germinate a lot of seeds, we recommend the 5 lb. tub. It will help you germinate thousands of seeds. Simply use SpeedSprout with your own baggies!

SpeedSprout Directions

Scoop SpeedSprout mixture into baggie.Sprinkle seeds into baggie, and mix in with SpeedSprout. Gently knead pouch to ensure adequate coverage of the seeds. Place baggie in a warm dark place out of direct sunlight. Check baggie every few days to see if seeds have sprouted. When seeds first sprout, gently remove and plant in moist soil with SpeedSprout. Gently pack soil over seeds and keep moist.

NOTE: For smaller or pelletized seeds, germination may be difficult to detect. If the seeds do not appear to have sprouted in the suggested time, simply plant seeds in the soil or other medium with the SpeedSprout mix. The seeds will continue to benefit from the moisture , germination booster and root protection provided by SpeedSprout.

For Thick Seeds or Seeds with Heavy Seed Coat:

For thick seeds or seeds with heavy seed coats, soaking with MegaGro solution is recommended to improve germination. Click here to learn more about using MegaGro for Seed Germination.
