Shipping Information

We use UPS and USPS to ship your orders. Orders are usually shipped via UPS, but we also use USPS depending on the best available service to a specific address or your shipping choice.

Orders are shipped from the Chicago, IL area.

Your order to a physical address within the 48 contiguous states will normally be shipped via UPS Ground within 1-2 days of placement and will be delivered within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

The total time to receive your package is dependent upon the shipping method you choose. The estimated delivery time includes our packing time and shipping time. For a standard delivery package, the total time is calculated as follows:

(1-2 days for us to pack and ship) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time

Free Shipping Offer
We offer free shipping on orders over $40. Due to the cost and weight, certain items are excluded from this offer. These excluded items are marked with the statement "This product does not qualify for free shipping." next to their price. This offer applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 continental states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

If the order qualifies for FREE Shipping but the order also contains one or more ineligible items, shipping fees will be charged for those ineligible items.

International Orders
We accept international orders. Our shopping cart handles shipments to most countries. Orders are shipped via U.S. Mail. Just select your country during checkout to calculate shipping costs.

Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from MegaGro.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your product, contact us within 30 days from the receipt of your items. Tell us your name, the order number, which item, and the reason you are not satisfied. If we cannot fix your problem, we will refund the purchase price less a 15% return fee. The product being returned must be complete and in its original packaging. The cost of shipping your order to you is not refunded. On all returns, we will refund you the price you paid for the items you return, less the cost of shipping. Shipping charges will not be refunded. The cost of shipping to return the items will not be reimbursed.

To return an item:
1. Email us using this form to describe your problem. Include your order number, and the item you are inquiring about.
2. If we cannot fix your problem, we will issue an RMA number and return instructions.
3. Return the items with original packaging in the original box.
4. Include the RMA number on the label of the box.

Failure to follow these steps will delay or forfeit refund.
Processing returns can take up to 4 weeks from receipt of items.
