PawPro FAQ
What is PawPro?
PawPro is an all natural "de-icer" for pet's. Paw
Pro is a non-toxic spray designed to protect paws from contact with
salt and repel ice and snow build-up between a pet's paw pads. We
think of it as a pet paw cleaner, because you spray it on your
pet's paw before heading out on a winter walk.
Is PawPro Safe?
Yes, PawPro is non toxic and 100% safe. PawPro will
absorb into pads and fur within an hour and condition of paw pads
and fur. PawPro washes off easily with soap and water and will not
stain clothing or carpets. Paw Pro contains no preservative or
fragrances.
What happens when my pet licks their
paws?
It's inevitable that you pet will ingest some Paw
Pro in the course of a walk or after walk personal clean up. PawPro
is non-toxic and 100% safe. Ingesting Paw Pro won't cause any
discomfort in the small amounts left on the pad or fur. Left on the
fur, Paw Pro will contribute to the natural sheen and act as a
moisturizer for the pads.
What is PawPro made of?
PawPro is made from 3 natural ingredients including
the best water repellent known to man. PawPro contains Purcillin
oil, Lanolin and Sunflower oils. The lanolin, Sunflower and
Purcillin oils repel water and act as a barrier between the pads
and road salt. This barrier prevents road salt from penetrating the
pads and causing irritation for the pet.
PawPro Instructions
Directions For Use:
Applying Paw Pro Protective Spray:
- Hold the pump spray bottle 4 inches from the upturned paw and
spray a fine mist directly on the paw. Spreading the pads will
ensure coverage between them.
- Before taking your dog into fresh damp snow, spray the legs and
underbelly from a distance of 12 inches. A gentle rubbing of the
damp fur will ensure better coverage.
- Never spray towards your pet's eyes and nose. By the end of
your walk, most of the spray will be have been absorbed into the
pad and fur. For long walks, take along a damp cloth and the Paw
Pro bottle, as much of the PawPro may be absorbed into your pet's
fur and paw pads and need to be reapplied.
- Wiping off excess Paw Pro, road salt and slush can be done by
placing a small amount of liquid hand soap on a damp cloth and
wiping gently.
