If you purchased lawn care, flower gardening or vegetable gardening products directly from MegaGro and you are not satisfied with the performance of a product, you may return it for a full refund if returned within 30 days of shipment. Simply contact us. Tell us your name, the order number, which items and how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. If we cannot fix your problem, we will send an RMA number and instructions on how to send the items back to us. On all returns, we will refund you the price you paid for the items you return, less the cost of shipping. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless we made a mistake with your order. Also, you are responsible for the shipping charges to return the item to us.
