Directions for Use - How do I use AlfaTrak?

The amount of AlfaTrak required may vary with the amount of snow and ice you have on the surface you're looking to cover.

Traction Control: Spread 1/4 cups per square yard of AlfaTrak. You apply by hand or use a broadcast spreader. Spread evenly over area to be covered for maximum effectiveness. Add more if surfaces are ice and snow covered or for compacted ice and snow. Quantity and melting action will depend upon temperature and thickness of compacted ice and snow. - Reapply as necessary, no need to worry about over-applying - Store in a dry place. Close and reseal container tightly to keep product dry, or place in moisture proof container.
